Welcome to 5/0 Sports. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. Your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced in this Terms of Use Agreement. 5/0 Sports reserves the right to alter or modify these terms & conditions without notice at any time.

Please review our Privacy Policy which explains 5/0 Sports policies for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
Your 5/0 Sports Account:
If you utilize the 5/0 Sports website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, as well as restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. By entering your credit card information you make a a legal declaration that you are the owner and holder of said credit card. 5/0 Sports also reserves the right to refuse service, terminate your account, or cancel orders at any time in our sole discretion.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 5/0 Sports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Typographical Errors Related to OEM Products:
At 5/0 Sports, we attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we are only human and the industry can and does change. 5/0 Sports cannot guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, images, or other content is completely accurate, current or completely error free. In the event that content on the 5/0 Sports website contains incorrect information , or a product is listed at an incorrect price, 5/0 Sports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. It is the responsibility of the user of this site to verify product specifications with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) prior to ordering.
Warranties:
All product warranties are covered through the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) of the product. It is the responsibility of the user of this site to understand these OEM warranties for the product they are purchasing. 5/0 Sports does not directly warranty any products sold on this site, but may be able to provide information or assistance on product warranty. Indemnification:
By accessing the 5/0 Sports website, you agree that you remain solely responsible for use of the the website and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5/0 Sports and its agents with respect to any claim based upon misuse of this website or breach of any terms or conditions of this Agreement.
Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction:
While shopping with 5/0 Sports, all sales are governed by the applicable laws of the province of Ontario and/or the country of Canada.
Currency:
All prices and sales are in Canadian Dollars.
Flat Rate Shipping Policies within Canada:
For all orders within the Provinces of Canada, we utilize flat rate shipping as follows for each category of products.
$40 flat rate shipping anywhere within Canada for all "one -piece" fishing rods. All rods are shipped in a protective tube. Note: In the event that an order contains more than one fishing rod, 5/0 Sports will adjust the shipping charges to reflect the flat rate shipping to the $40 maximum/order for fishing rods.
$15 flat rate shipping anywhere within Canada for all other fishing tackle orders.
5/0 Sports in all cases will endeavour to minimize shipping costs to its customers were possible. However, in some cases were orders are placed from multiple categories of products, the flat rate shipping costs may be cumulative.
All orders should arrive within 5 – 7 business days once shipped.
Out of Province/International Orders:
Shipping to all territories of Canada, and international countries will be quoted individually per order. For out of province/international orders please contact sales@5aught.ca
Returns:
5/0 Sports will accept returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and undamaged, otherwise it is not acceptable for refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any returns, and will be refunded the purchase price along with any sales tax collected. No refunds will be issued for items received damaged due to poor packing by the customer.
